How should I proceed to do my registration for the event?

 

Registration must be done online through the site UNESP. You may access it anytime by clicking on the word UNESP at the main menu, or throughout this blog.

 

What should I do?

 

1. click at the link "Inscrição" at the top left corner of the site.  then, click on "ficha de inscrição". At the page that opens you should choose: "passaporte", and complete with your passport number.  A new page will open requiring your personal information. 

 

You should complete: Full Names, Name for your Identification badge, the institution which you belong or are affiliated. Notice that, if it is not part of the list you may include it by clicking on "cadestra-a" (small font under the selection box).

Select your gender (either natural or the one you identify with),  followed by your contact address (work or home). You only need to fill in those marked with *, which are: neighborhood, City, State, Zip Code, Country, phone and e-mail.

 

If you need your receipt to be on the name of your institution or company, tick the box.

Select then your profession: if you are a professor of history or classics, you should choose: "Professor de Historia" (highschool or university).

 

Please choose if you have require any  special assistance:

 

(heargin. motor or visual).

 

 

Select the category which you want to registrate: (listeners, presentation of a paper, presentation of a paper if you are undergraduate, workshop proposals).

 

After filling in all the field, click the button "Enviar".

 

2. Once you have completed the form, the system will open a confirmation page, if all your data is right, just click: "confirmar inscrição", in case something is wrong just click "voltar", and proceed again on step 1. 

 

3.  After you click "confirmar inscrição", another page will open indicating your registration has been sent and it has also automatically generated a link for you to click and pay for your registration:

 

 

 

4. This link is just on the left corner of the confirmation page which you can see here, green circle:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. You may pay using your credit card, debit card, paypal, or bank transfer.

 

6. Wait for an email confirming that we have received your registration request.

 

7. Notice: once your registration is made, you will not be able to change or require another registration. Contact the Organizing Committee if you need help.

 

 

How to make payment?

 

Paying using the system "Pagseguro", is easy, and you may pay the registration using a credit card, debit card, paypal or bank transfer. Just remeber to click on the "Pagseguro" link that is automatically generated after you concluded your registration:
